About the Author: Nnedi Okorafor

Okorafor is the author of award-winning Africanfuturist and Africanjujuist fiction, including dozens of novels, novellas, and comics for children and adults, with her dual Nigerian and American heritage serving as the foundation for much of her work. Some of her most well-known works include Who Fears Death, LaGuardia, Remote Control, and Wakanda Forever, and her Binti novella trilogy is currently in development as a television series with Hulu. She is a professor of practice in English at Arizona State University, with an appointment in the Interplanetary Initiative of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
